About Adnan
Adnan Ahmad is a founder of Awshta and serves as its Chief Operating Officer. He helps lead operational execution: marketplace operations, seller ecosystem development, business processes, logistics coordination and growth.
A marketplace is judged on what happens after the order is placed, so much of this work sits in the gap between the platform and the physical world — how sellers are brought on and supported, how orders move through fulfilment and delivery, and how the processes behind all of that are defined so they hold up as more sellers join.
Like the other founders, Adnan is an owner of the company and takes part in its technology, business and investment decisions. Operations is where he concentrates, not the extent of what he is responsible for.

Role at Awshta
Awshta is a multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace in Pakistan. Customers browse listings from independent sellers, add items to a cart, check out, track their orders and leave reviews; sellers list and manage products, handle incoming orders and run their business through a seller dashboard. Delivery and payments are handled through the platform.
