Building a trusted digital marketplace for buyers and sellers across Pakistan.
Awshta is a multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace connecting customers with sellers through online shopping, product discovery, seller tools, order management, payments, delivery and marketplace services.
Plenty of people in Pakistan sell things worth buying and have no practical way to reach customers online. Building a storefront, arranging payment collection and setting up delivery are each a project on their own, and together they are enough to stop a small business from trying at all.
Awshta exists to remove that barrier. A seller joins the marketplace, lists products, and gets the catalogue, checkout, payment handling, order management and courier integration that would otherwise have to be built from scratch. A customer gets one place to search across all of those sellers, with the order tracked end to end rather than handed off and forgotten.
The approach is deliberately technology-led. Awshta is not a single website but a set of connected products — a web storefront, a mobile application, a dashboard sellers run their business from, and the API and database underneath that keep the catalogue, orders, payments and delivery records consistent. The platform is developed with Devsment, the software studio the founders work through.
The long-term aim is unglamorous: a marketplace that people in Pakistan can rely on for ordinary purchases, and that sellers can rely on as a real sales channel rather than an experiment.

In practice that means two commitments that pull in the same direction: a customer should be able to buy something and know what is happening to their order, and a seller should be able to run a real business on the platform without needing to solve payments and logistics themselves.

A single storefront where independent sellers list their products side by side, with their own shop pages on the platform.
Search, category browsing, deals and flash sales, so customers can find a product by name or work down from a department.
A persistent cart and wishlist, and a checkout that carries the order through to confirmation.
Buyers follow an order from placement to delivery; sellers work the same order from the other side in their dashboard.
Orders are handed to courier partners and tracked, so both sides of a sale can see where a parcel is.
Cash on delivery alongside digital payment methods, with seller payouts recorded against completed orders.
Messaging and product questions, so a buyer can ask about an item before committing to it.
Customers rate and review what they have bought, and those ratings stay attached to the product and the seller.

The CEO, CTO and COO titles describe where each founder concentrates his time. They are not divisions of the company. All three are owners, all three invested in getting Awshta built, and decisions about the marketplace are taken jointly — which means the person responsible for the technology is in the commercial conversation, and the people responsible for the business understand what the platform can actually do.
